Where can I get information on whether the goods are in stock?
In the detail (after clicking) of the product, its stock quantity is indicated. If we have the goods in stock, the specific quantity is visible (from 1 pcs do 5 pcs Or more than 5 pcs). ADVICE: We update our stock once every 24 hours, so we recommend that you check availability by phone/email in the case of small quantities (1-5 pcs).When can I expect the goods to be delivered?
You can choose any of the transportation methods we offer. With this method, the order is paid immediately (we will receive a confirmation email from the bank and you will receive a payment confirmation by email, where the subject of the email will be Payment accepted #your order number). If we have the goods ordered in this way in stock, we send them either on the same day, or if the order is made on a weekend, holiday or on a working day in the evening, we send the goods on the next possible working day. If the goods ordered in this way are not in stock, we will inform you about the tentative delivery date within 24 hours of receiving the order.Can I also order a product that I cannot find on your e-shop?
Yes, it is possible. Contact us (preferably by email at info@ibl-pts.sk ) and tell us what you're looking for. If possible, we will send you a link to a specific product, or we will try to advise you on a similar alternative.Will you inform me about the delivery of the goods before delivery?
Yes. As soon as your order is processed, we hand over the packaged shipment to the carrier. The courier will contact you by phone and agree with you the exact delivery time according to the delivery address entered. You can change the delivery address once for free, as long as you are not at the place of the delivery address on the day of the courier's arrival.
What is the warranty period for the goods?
The warranty period for the goods is two years from the date of sale, unless otherwise visibly stated by the manufacturer. The selected products are covered by a warranty from the day of installation by a professional certified technician, but no later than 30 days before purchase.
